How do you unlock the reckoning tier 2?

3 RepliesOnce you have completed the introductory quest by forging a piece of Illicit gear, return to the Drifter. There’ll be a bit of text about upgrading your synthesizer (you may have skipped this earlier) and he’ll have 4 bounties to choose from (you can only hold 1, I recommend Reaper) Completing the bounty upgrades the Synthesizer.
