…is the matchmaking system. Honestly, this is the most broken thing about this game, and one of the worst matchmakers in any game I’ve played. I could care less if the matchmaking times were way longer, as long as it leads up to an enjoyable experience. Just earlier today, I was brought into a match with three fireteams of two. Which would be fine if they were evenly distributed across the teams (I know three isn’t divisible by two, but you get my point). Instead, the game decided to put all of the fireteams on the same team. Was it fair? No. Was it fun? Not by a long shot. Out of all the time I’ve spent playing all versions of Destiny, I’ve spent 72 hours in the Crucible. It’s my home, and it always has been. And it hurts to see the activity in the state that it is. Honestly, the balance is mostly fine. There is nothing I see personally that is wrong with PvP balance. (Except Hunter health bonuses in supers. Do they even exist?) If Bungie wants the Crucible to be an enjoyable experience, then matchmaking has to be fixed. Either don’t match fireteams with solo players, or at least split them up evenly between the teams. I totally understand that some matches would still be lost, but at least it would be fair.
