In response to ZkMushroom's video on youtube I left this comment. TL:DR; D2 Player, triggered by video and butt hurt over D2's current meta, goes on rant about why Bungie has gone too far. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE BUNGIE?" [spoiler]This is what y'all get for enabling bungie to make all these d*****s pinnacle weapons. This is what you get for encouraging Bungie; by making videos on the weapons they release, telling everyone how to get them and how to use them. This is what happens when you encourage team shooting. Crucible feels like Mayhem without fast super regeneration times. This video reflects my daily matchmaking. It's not sometimes. It's the effing meta since day one of D2. It is rare for matchmaking to give equal winning ratios. Destiny Tracker shows that in the majority of matches, my team is the underdog by 15-25%. why are 55%+ of my matches unbalanced like this? Not to mention the effing respawning BS of a template that bungie uses; with guardians respawning with their teammates or while your in the middle of a 1v1 about to kill someone. The top ten weapons are pinnacle weapons. Every single player goes into a match with at least one pinnacle weapon. Not exotics, no, not smart loadouts, nope. two pinnacle weapons and a pinnacle armor. I've been complaining about this s**t since Forsaken. I miss The way Crucible was in the first year of D2. Before this s**t show, weapon-bating players to "Earn" their way to being legend. Pinnacle weapons have unbalanced the game to the point that people are making videos or leaving the community again. I don't understand why Bungie is so d*n extreme. Now it's NF, next it's Last Word, It was Lunas, we also have that d**-**s Optimus Prime Perfected, or W.e it's called. IDGaF. Recluse, Oxygen, etc. People are completing Nightfalls effing SOLO! What?!! Stop encouraging this pinnacle mind set. Once in a while we should get a pinnacle weapon. Once in a while there should be an exotic that improves gameplay, but da*n, it feels like every month there's a new pinnacle everyone is chasing to break the game. Balancing doesn't just come from weapons, it comes from Matchmaking, it comes from respawning, it comes from being able to have a 1v1 experience where any encounter should have a 5% win ratio. everyone should be able to win 3/5 encounters. Why the h**l do we still not have ranked matchmaking? How much of a brick do you have to be to understand these concepts. I swear Bungie acts like they've never made video games before. Every single gun people have to play with is a gun that has to be "earned" in a quest, raid, or game mode. Nothing drops randomly anymore. I remember playing my ass off in d1 to earn exotics in the crucible or enough earn enough tokens to buy them in the tower. Now you have one way and one way only to get weapons that you need to succeed in the game. I shouldn't have to give up playing my favorite weapons and feel required to grind my ovaries off just to get a weapon that i'm not good at using in the first place so that i can play competitively in effing Quickplay! It's getting ridiculous. I was getting advice from another streamer and you know what he said to me, "Yeah, you can't play with an ether doctor cause you're not going to be successful." Literally word for word. "Don't play with auto-rifles, unless it's Suros, and even then you're going to have some issues winning against the pinnacle weapons." Oh? Do you realize how defeating that is? How you work so hard to get into a weapon you enjoy and a load out that you are comfortable with, and it doesn't even matter. People who love playing with bows, auto rifles, sidearms, scout rifles, or who build a load out that works for them, all have to give up their playing style to be mediocre at best whilst playing with these d*****s pinnacle weapons– or else they don't stand a chance. I don't want to be done with bungie, I still have fun. But the fact that I have to work to have fun, makes me feel disappointed. Robbed of an experience that i'll have to restart when the next game comes out. This conversation could literally go on.
