Looking for two new players for the Refer-a-Friend Multi Rewards.

Yeah right off the bat I gotta admit I'm not sure how well this will go, if at all. Honestly I'm shocked to have taken a gander at the Forums and not noticing any kind of 'Newcomers Section' and instead having this posted just out amongst all the rest. And since this isn't really Recruiting for the Clan, I don't think this fits in Clan Recruitment. But this has been something I've been interested in for a good while ever since it became a thing, the Double Rainbow Sparrow as well as the Secret Handshake Emote, however I've ran into the simple issue in that the main people I interact with fall into three categories. - Owned Destiny 2 since Year 1 and continue to play it. - Owned Destiny 2 in Year 1 but haven't continued to play it nor bought Forsaken because of that. - Simply have no interest at all either in Destiny 2, or just FPS's in general. So when it comes to directly people I know, there's that brick wall and as far as I would be aware, even if I were to convince some of those that played it in Year 1 to get Forsaken and give Year 2 a shot, because they owned it in Y1 they wont be legible for the Quest. And while at least one person has mentioned doing it, I don't own a second Xbox to just make like two new accounts, give them like a month of XBL Gold and then just use them for it. In which case I'm making this thread on the off-chance I can potentially find someone new to the game willing for it on here, if I maybe haven't scared them away with all the text yet. I mean worst that can happen is that I just don't find anyone and it seems way better than the options of maybe trying the Reddit which is out of the way, LFG perhaps or literally just sitting in Trostland and asking some Level 1-5 Player if they're up for it. To be entirely blunt, should I manage to actually nab someone. I'm here primarily just for the Exotic Sparrow and Emote, I feel that's worth just getting out the way if it's not apparent enough. I'm fine with helping along the way if need be much as I loathed that 'Win a Gambit Match' the only time I've got to do it so far but yeah honestly speaking if it's like show up, do 3 Easy Steps that take like an hour and then go our separate ways that is something I'd be totally up for doing. I don't use a mic, not speaking kind of makes using one of those rather pointless but I am told that I'm a rather fast typer by the Raid Bunch or random people met from LFG's. Among the info of the Veteran Player being dealt with that's probably the main one so it's no surprise when I'm interacting like I'm Rookie from ODST. As I understand it really all the Newcomer Player part of Refer-a-Friend is, is that I share the Referral Code, maybe one entirely or it has to be one for each, they accept it, click like something on their end of the link and then job's a good un, Hawthorne has the Quest available in her inventory at The Farm. Though we'll see if choosing not to just leave that link is either the smart decision, the not-so-smart decision or this thread just completely dies and I just keep trying to go for it in the background when I have the opportunity.
