That can not be true. How many more months do I have to wait for the Ship from the Broken Throne? All I need is this stupid ship for the title, why are random based stuff taken as a prerequisite?
You cut yourself with something in your own flesh, because z. B would like to buy the collectible award. Now I have tried again and get nothing again, that is another 3 weeks to wait without knowing if it works then. I have only one character because I am fully employed and have no time to care for several characters.

RNG man, it’s a crafty thing. Obviously having multiple characters is something that would boost your chances of getting it, however since you don’t wish to go that route, there isn’t much you can do else.
