The Xbox agreement applies to ALL cheating and Modding, no exception, they got off lightly, they could have been banned and their xbox bricked. I've been quite open here about the fact that I'm no great shakes at Halo. I play because my boyfriend plays. I've improved from the days where I didn't know what the motion sensor was and regularly missed unmoving targets, but I'm no Grade 5 General in terms of skill. I'm just a girl who likes playing video games with her boy, you know? Also, I only started my account today. My boy had that two day trial thing that came with Reach, and he gave it to me so that I could stop playing as a guest all the time and have a Spartan I could customise. Sweet of him, huh? The best bit is that, as a Corporal, I'm currently higher ranked than most of the cheaters who were reset - and I got all those credits legitimately, too. XD

the Terms of Use is implied here that you're not allowed to cheat. Xbox Live's Terms of Use and Code of Conduct has Jurisdiction over any Game Companies Video Game that hits the market. So what anyone did here was broke the contract they agreed to when it says "I Agree" Nuff said

ive watched all interviews and trailers i actually new this was gonna be the best game out but look what happens they said they want people to find glitched so they can patch them they dident say anything about resets on credits sorry bungie at least give us another chance and please put our ranks back

yh i did cheat you want to know y? coz i am a off-line player and i came on-line because my mate was going a way .Now when i play off-line i don't earn much cr o woho 50 cr for doing fire fight on the hardest lvl when i play off-line (and no i dont have xbox live because my land lord will not allow it because he thinks it will bug up the phone line >> so before you even reply just think about the off-line pepz.
