More fixed loadout modes for endgame content?
How do you feel about adding more fixed loadout game modes to the endgame content? I'm thinking the way Nightfalls are run right now but without mods, and not curated loadouts like prestige lairs. I think it would add an interesting component to a raid for instance. Maybe bring back normal and prestige forms of raids where the prestige locks your loadout. You would become more proficient with specific weapons and sub-classes. I think it would also foster a stronger affection for specific weapons and sub-classes. Plus the devs could have some fun mixing up the mechanics of an event to script for particular loadouts (DPS/Movement/DOT). Just my opinion.

I don't mind fixed load outs, but I hate the perks, one clip switch gun, changing burn every 30 seconds. I actually find the raids to be pretty boring now. Drop a flag. Use your super,fire all your heavy, and if he is still alive pump your shotgun into him. Every boss fight is the same.

2 RepliesI want a pvp game mode where the computer randomly picked your load out for you. Sub class, weapons, everything. I think that'd be fun as hell. Remove all the crotches and see who's the best overall players. They could either make it a set of guns (random blue weapons), guns you own, or everything. I would prefer everything and think that's be the second easiest to code. People that haven't unlocked certain classes or guns could potentially try them out in game. I'd also like a hardcore mode with friendly fire, but everyone thinks I'm dumb for that. I want friendly fire as a strike modifier too.
