You unlock that one by completing all the time trials in the ascendant challenges.

That's gotta be a bug because it automatically drops when you've done each individual ascendant challenge.

Yeah i have done every ascendant challenge So i dont know I should reach out on the help section Of forum for assistance I know i should have gotten it a long time ago

Do the time trial for each ascendant challenge. Then it should pop for you. It did for me when I completed my last time trial.
