Update pre-Forsaken armor and weapons to be viable again.
I love the older Iron Banner Armor on my Hunter, but there's no real point in using them anymore.

I still wear my year 1 Leviathan robes from the prestige version sometimes. A lot of my good stuff, major contributors to my build is literally everything else but robes.
