Your first question when making anything for D3 should be, "Is this fun?". If no, scrap the idea/quest line/mission, and start over.
Next, every single exotic, whether it be weapon or armor needs to feel over powered in its use. Every. Single. One. I would rather every exotic in the game feel crazy powerful to use, than the constant Nerf cycle we have going on now. Yes, even if it means they make a mockery of your well laid bullet sponge fig- err I mean boss fights.
In this same line of thought... Every super should feel super if used properly. Too many now don't. Or have such a small window to make function at their best that they aren't worth using.
Weapon balance, and maybe super balance as well, need performance for PvE, and PvP to be kept separate. If that means making weapons that can only be used for PvE, and the same for PvP, so be it. Changes to one should not effect the other.
PvP needs to feel snappier. For some reason I feel that gunplay is taking place in a vat of mud in D2. I admit, it could be because I main a warlock in everything... >_>
And for the love of God get creative. If all you do is bring back D1 and D2 exotics in expansions and call it new content, we might just need to slap you with a false advertisement law suit. If any D1, or D2 content is recycled (weapons, armor, exotics, weapons, ships, emotes, sparrows, subclasses) it had all better be available on launch, with the base game.
