It is such a piece of garbage. Genesis, threat detector, and blinding grenades...what the hell kind of combination is that? Since its kinetic it sucks at taking out shields, it has next to no blast radius because of the blinding grenades, and threat detector sucks on pretty much everything. Just give it like...spike grenades, ambitious assassin, and kill clip. Or proximity, quickdraw, and auto reloading holster. It needs SOMETHING. Also, make kill clip a perk that is rollable on single shot grenade launchers, them having such garbage damage and such lack luster perks sucks.
