Hello. I tried to search first, but it gave me rather goofy results, therefore if there is already an answer I'd like to apologize for creating a duplicate thread. I've read on news/update article that changing heavy weapon type will deplete half of present heavy ammo supply. But why changing to the very same weapon type (from heavy machine gun to another heavy machine gun, or from linear fusion rifle to another linear fusion rifle) depletes it? Is it bug or feature that every heavy weapon is unique type? I only recently got the game, but if I understand correctly, there was revamp of ammo system altogether some time ago, so it may be a "remnant" of old system. Thanks.
