Petition to remove Aeon exotics from the game
Old Eva just gave me Aeon Safe for completing her weekly bounty. I've never been so crushed in my Destiny career than seeing them appear. We need to do something about this horrifyingly bad exotics.
Edit: I thought a short post and the clear tags of #satire and #notsatire would be more understood. I guess I was wrong.
Edit 2: how is this trending? I can make the most intelligent post with bulletproof points and no one reads it. I make a garbage post and it's #1.

Or their perk should be reworked completely. Make it so teammates abilities charge faster when you’re near. No matter if they have it on or not.

2 RepliesThey need a complete rework. The Aeon Soul Exotic could heal you and nearby allies when you get ability kills. The Aeon Safe could grant you and nearby allies a temporary damage resistance increase or overshield on ability kills. The Aeon Swift could grant weapon, movement, and sprint speed for you and nearby allies on precision kills.

I dunno, for me a duplicate is a duplicate. I know there are random perks now, but the real thrill for me is getting something I didn't have before. (Like a life or something if I'd quit the game)

5 RepliesI got two Fighting Lions and a Vigilance Wing this past week. :( Exotic weapons should be out of the pool once they are in collections. I still need Forsaken exotic weapons and I'm getting old stuff I've had for a long time. However, I did get Shards of Gslanor a couple of days ago from a yellow bar in a public event ...

Those other posts get buried quickly. Some times you get lucky and a few people read as soon as you post and it starts getting bumped up to stay near top of the recent list so people keep seeing it. Then it starts to trend from there. Other posts get down the list so fast they never see the light of day.

I don’t really care what as long as the perks are cool and they don’t require other teammates. Oh yeah, and re: Edit 2, I feel you dude.

I think they should buff the hell out of them, and keep them. They could be really cool in Comp or the raid. Maybe make them be more powerful the more teammates are wearing them, like Rat King.

Spawn must not read threads before he moves them to feedback. Anyway, since we're here let propose a fix for the Aeon series. It's an easy fix, one that's dynamic across the board. Aeon Energy should be changed to "Ability kills restore ability energy for you and nearby Aeon cult allies. Other allies receive a fraction of the shared energy." So this is how my proposal would work; Aeon cult members(including yourself) receive 10% restored to their grenade and melee whenever anyone gets an ability kill near them. Non cult members receive 5%, still a benefit, just not that great.
