Hey there, Appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. 1. I would start by clearing out your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]cache[/url] and see if that fixes things. 2. Completely [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/45178]reinstall[/url] the game to ensure there is nothing in your current install creating these issues. 3. Perform a hard reset on the system by holding the power down for 10 seconds and then try to log in from there.

  • It worked... for about 35 mins... then it did it again... did the 3 things... twice... stuck with the same damn problem! I got ripped off by buying the annual pass... that’s disgusting... can’t even play the damn game, it’s been more than a week now.

  • Hey again, So do you have a different hard drive you can test to see if the HD is what is causing the issue on your Xbox?

  • Hey, tried to install it to the xbox1x HD (always installing my games on an external 2Tb HD. Worked for about 25 mins, then I got the same error message. It’s been about 3 weeks since I was last able to play... My only game that has a problem... looks like I threw a whole lot of cash in the garbage buying this... it’s sad that nobody seems to be able to correct that problem (I’ve read I’m not the only one with that problem) and that not only did I lose money, but also that I have to stop playing a game I’ve loved since D1.

  • Yes, like I said in my previous reply, nothing changed... keep getting the same error, but now, it’s been 4 weeks with the same problem. This time, it happened, after 15 mins of playing... good thing is, good games are soon coming out to help me forget about the fact that I got riped off buying this. And since this is the only game that’s giving me trouble, no doubt any other game will be better... can’t believe no one could help me with this bug.

  • No, actually there isn’t... who the hell has access to more than one console to test if a game runs on another one? EVERY other games work fine, no problems whatsoever... the only game I’ve ever had any constant problems (now bigger than ever) is Destiny 2... and keep in mind I have Fallout76... Seems pretty ridiculous to me to ask someone to « borrow » a second xbox just to test why a game, that is KNOWN to have more problems than any other game, on any console... I’ll just leave it to that, since it seems like there is no way you guys can help me out! It’s been more than a freaking month and all I have been doing is unistalling and installing the damn game 1000 times... What bothers me the most is that I paid about 50$ for a stupid pass that I used once because my game is broken since the second day The Forge came out... 2 days after buying the damn pass... that’s disgusting! And Xbox won’t even give me a damn refund...
