So I've been playing the new update and actually having a good time after my first forge completion. My only problem so far is that for the last three day I have picked up the new black armory mods which takes 10 mod components as well as the schematic. The only problem being is ITS GIVEN ME THE SAME MOD THREE DAYS IN A ROW. Yes it has given me the surrounded spec weapon mod every time i turned in my resources even though I know there's a larger loot pool and i have no weapons with surrounded on them. This is pretty concerning because i would think the game would be a bit smarter than that. Could someone from Bungie please interject and tell me why this might be a thing.
