Obviously, the title is extremely vague as to what I mean. So what I was thinking is, is that, like gambit, 2 teams compete to complete the forge as usual, but with no focus on rounds and boss slaying, as it's more about the score than anything else. Objective: get in as many explosive cannon balls as you can into the floating furnace before time runs out. Getting 60 or more cannon balls dunked grants you a completion for a forge weapon schematic, like usual. The one with the most beyond 60 grants them 3 random mods, either black armory OR normal mods, NOT components. Although it's not MUCH of a difference, I think this could be a bit more enjoyable racing against players to score the most points. It wouldn't involve invasions or PvP, but it also doesn't spit in your face if you lose after getting in 60 cannon balls (I don't remember what they are called ok, don't judge me.) I'm thinking it might take away from the normal activity, but this one maybe...is less quick to do? I don't know, still have to think that out a bit more. Would anyone be interested in something like this?
