They're in your collections just like shaders, emblems, and everything else. Any transmat effect you had on a ship or in your inventory at Warmind's release is there, so apply away and just go get another whenever you want.

bright dust, bright dust is what it cost's to reclaim from collections, eververses bounties aren't enough to counter the price's, especially when it requires multiple tickets to buy one bounty.

You get 100 Bright Dust from every ship and Sparrow you dismantle, as well as from shaders, etc. Not to mention packages drop at EV all the time with gifts of between 500-1000. I've gotten 24000 since Forsaken dropped.
