To put it short, I have a gamebreaking sound bug that seems to kick in almost every time I start Destiny 2. I have yet to find anyone else online via Youtube videos with the same problem. The audio within my game as the character select menu opens "pulses" with the beat of the opening menu theme. With every "pulse" all other audio (SFX, Music, Dialogue, etc.) is deafened. I've tried starting the game with music off then turning it back on when ingame, but it still occurs. I've tried changing the bitrate of my audio (Recommendation from Youtube) on my onboard sound card and my mic settings, and it still occurs. I've tried updating my onboard sound card and it says it's fully up to date. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no luck. The only thing that seems to work is that if I scan and repair the game through Battlenet, it sometimes comes through with unbugged audio. Sometimes it doesn't work though, and I have to do this EVERY time I want to play Destiny. Has anybody else dealt with this before? If so what can I do to fix it? I really want to enjoy this game and move on into the DLC but I just can't with this damned audio.
