Here is my video showing that field prep is capped at a 2 second reload on rocket launchers. Bungie... Pls fix | I believe it is broken because the perk claims that it offers a faster reload but the increase in reload speed versus a rocket that has a reload stat of 68 and on that has a reload stat of 92 it offers less of a increased reload speed to the rocket that has a higher base reload speed, think about it as a difference in percentages. Now yes it is a faster reload but it isn't as large as a difference as going from a 68 reload stat rocket and a 92 reload stat rocket like I tested.
