Overpowered weapon in Gambit

I was replying one's topic about Sleeper war in gambit , but then I think it is something that needs to be seriously discussed. From yr1 to now we can see some guns are being overpowered in particular activities and that has spoiled that activity by itself. Previously we have Graviton Lance spoiling on pvp , and now we have Sleeper in gambit. As far as I remember the Sleeper is introduced when Warmind DLC arrive. It is a dream weapon in PVE : powerful, long distant shooting without loss and it is an exotic. And with the introduction of catalyst, it is even doing more better. The gambit is introduced with Forsaken expansion. The game was fair played. I don't know when and how someone discovered and it might has been shared in youtube that the Sleeper can make a lot of things easier and then everyone follows this idea. Since then the gambit has changed and loosing its colour of "gambit". Sleeper is good in PVE, which was it original aim to help us do EP. But now it broke the mechanical rule of radar for the players inside gambit. Originally a player is advised to use radar to "detect " where is the invader. The Sleeper has broke it becasue invaders can see and shoot directly without getting close, being detected and stay powerful. With the help of sleeper catalyst is even worsen the gambit experiences, it reload and shoot too fast that further breaking the game itself . A team can kill the prime evil within 10 sec or less. After they have get the prime evil out, they just need to kill the minions first , collect power ammo, load the Sleeper and shoot. That's why it takes a while before seeing the prime evil health start dropping. The fastest I have seen the yellow bar is dropping quarter by quarter to end the game, which the effect from The Sleeper. On the other hand Sleeper is rarely seen in Forsaken themed Strikes or NFs , or even in Haunted Forest simply because it is not very suitable ( vs immune shields, fast moving, or enemies that came in large amount). I wonder whether D2 or gambit development team has discussed on this issue about overpowering weapon happens in any particular activities. It needs to be corrected instantly and restore the gameplay that is "Gambit", which its name should mean.
