Need help with the account recovery process.
Hi, so recently (as far as I'm concerned) I accidentally unlinked my only authentication method from my old bungie account (which I want to use) and I am not sure how to "recover" the account as the page on the bungie account states. According to the website, it should give me an option to recover the account when I try to login with the last linked credentials upon trying to make a new account, however, that is not the case.The website only asks me to merge the old unlinked authentication method with a current account that I use. Any help would be appreciated.

4 RepliesHello. Thanks for the report. To confirm, you have another Bungie.net account, and you unlinked the only authentication method that was connected to that account? You also have attempted to log in with that same authentication method to reconnect it but the account does not show up for you? Unfortunately, if the account doesn't show up, there's nothing that can be done.
