What's the point of xur again? Sell us crap we already got? Or sell solely to new ppl and screw the ppl that have been here since day 1. Either have sell forsaken in his inventory of from the fated engram.

1 ReplyI think Bungie is waiting to see how many people leave to play Red Dead first. If they lose enough players, massive changes will start to happen quickly and I think Xur selling Y2 exotics would be one of them.

Honestly won't happen, that would mean cutting out players who don't have forsaken, even though they're making deals to make sure people buy forsaken... They wanted to prolong the grind for exotics to make it meaningful when you get one, so they turned off the exotic protection that I'm certain was on in warmind, lowered the drop rate to being lower than vanilla D1 and made maybe 2 good exotics per class if that (except titans who got 3) and the rest clunky and bad, not to mention weapons. Two tailed fox is meh, can't figure out how exactly I'm supposed to be able to lock onto 2 targets, there's a delay between when you fire and the rockets actually move meaning they are easily avoided, lord of wolves is back and is shite in PvE and worse in PvP because every legendary shotgun in the game has twice the range, and the rest feel quirky but not worth the exotic slot compared to sleeper and whisper.

10 RepliesHere's a thought. nstead of four new items a week, ol' Tentacle Face sells one. Week 1: A weapon Week 2: A Titan exotic Week 3: A Hunter exotic Week 4: A warlock exotic Week 5: Another weapon Week 6: A hunter exotic Week 7: A warlock exotic Week 8: A Titan exotic Week 9: A weapon Et cetera. We get new stuff, and for sure, but at a very manageable pace.

6 RepliesMy vote is for xur to sell the trinity ghoul. That is the only new exotic weapon I really want. It’s about time xur sells something new. ENOUGH with the old stuff, especially with the atrocious exotic drop rate we have put up with. Bungie should have been as quick to fix the drop rate as they were to fix the prime engram glitch!!!!! Whenever it’s something that gives the players an advantage Bungie swoops in and fixes it in a flash, but a problem that’s a disadvantage to players can wait till they get around to it, if they get around to it!!!!

16 RepliesThat’s a terrible idea. The reason behind bungie not wanting to have xur sell year 2 exotics is because all of them FEEL like exotics. They’re powerful and those drop rates reflect that. Would you want a 6 stack of sentinels with ursus in crucible? 6 stack shards of galanor? Bungie has done a great job with year 2 exotics in d2 and the drop rates of exotic engrams overall. The only one thing I would like to see fixed is the amount of duplicates you’d get from engrams

I just had a Trinity Ghoul randomly drop in a strike for me AND IT FELT SO GOOD TO GET IT. Idk how others feel about it but it’s a really fun bow! Had I just bought it from Xur it wouldn’t feel as special
