Lost orbs during wish ender quest... why dont they respawn?

Why dont the orbs to do wish ender quest respawn if you lose them? You cant go back and re-do the section because of the checkpoints. The only way is to complete shattered throne and re-do the whole thing again...which is ridiculous

  • SOLUTION: If the Thrall Encounter (where you're slowed) does not spawn a orb, then go back to the room with the Pillars, this Orb should be back and you can and need to redo this orb placement. > go all the way back in the pillar room pick up orb, go to statue and place it. Then the Thrall Room Orb will respawn.

  • also after dunking the beams orb then the thrall orb, you go forward where the big door opens. me and a team mate got knocked off the ledge and died. when you respawn the door is closed and you cant go back to re-do the orbs bad planning. Bungie need to add some platforms to allow you to re do the orbs if you fail

    • How do you lose them exactly? I dropped the orb like 4 times to use abilities due to oh crap moments and it stayed on the ground. Does throwing break the orb like Corrupt Strike?

      • My team had a similar issues when in the “thrallway”(slowed area) for the second orb for the second boss. If the entire team wipes you’ll have to go back into the last room with the beams and spinning blights, get the orb from the start, turn that one in again and then do the thrallway again without wiping. Hope this helps!

        • Hi. Thanks for your report. You may want to clear your console cache to see if that might help with your issue.

          • Working as intented. Just don't make silly mistakes like dropping the orb. The way it is right now is perfect. That being said Bungie, it would be lovely if we could reset activities! This was a function in D1. Where is it in D2?!

          • Same here. My team dropped the orb on the first part and it won't respawn. Tried restarting, clearing cache, but no luck. Is the only way to complete the dungeon and start over?

          • A few other things. If you clear the first area before you try to spawn the first boss, he won't appear. If you wipe while attacking the 2nd boss then you are locked out of that room. Probably intentional but things to remember when making your attempt.
