Cannot get 3rd seed of light: Bug
Things I have done (multiple times):
All tiers of blind well.
Last Wish start to finish.
Offerings to the oracle.
No 3rd seed. This drop is guaranteed from these activities. I did the Last Wish raid first to get my 2nd seed. Perhaps that is related to this bug?

You get: 1. 1 seed from Visions quest (Guaranteed) 2. 1 seed from raid OR oracle offering at Mara (Guaranteed) 3. 1 seed from T2 or higher blind well (not guaranteed...RNG)

Heroic blind well does not give a seed of light.

If you have already received one from the raid, you cannot get another. You would need to farm Blind Well, (possible coincidence but I had best result with a fireteam member from my clan) or next weeks oracle offering/shattered throne

Did you do the Petra mission quest from the 3rd curse week?
