They did tell everyone this the week after they announced forsaken but they did add random rolls to year 1 exotic armour that is something they never said they was doing so thats good.

Idc what they said it's stupid that they made 95% of all the armor in the game pointless. Now everyone will just use the same exact sets as everyone else

To them, the old armor doesn’t matter, the armor we worked hard for to piece together, collect skins for and been looking cool with. Is old news now, sorry. They just have to give us random rolls now and all is fine. There has been no point now in collecting all these armies, there is no use for the collection system. I wonder how they will react.

So the solstice event armor was just for keep players occupied while bungie launchs a bugged “expansion” (cof cof normal dlc with expansion price), and now my boots and gloves that emanates void glow just cant be effectively used? Nice
