RESOLVED
*Don't read this, i've already re-installed the game, screw battle.net btw* So, I just turned my computer on and opened up Battle.Net to play D2, but then I realized all my Battle.Net games were uninstalled, so I scanned for games, which brought all of them back except for Destiny 2, which is the only battle.net game I play. Now I tried to re-install it, and i'm just stuck on the "initializing" part and it's moved a little bit and now it's stopped. The game files are still where I installed the game to.
