You probably didn’t run the adventure on all of your characters. I have a somewhat similar issue with “Not even the darkness” adventure. I’ve done the adventure on my titan, but the summer solstice tracking page probably lists the adventures I’ve done on my hunter (i.e. all others except “Not even the darkness”).

many people seem to be having the same problem. So it's not a singular case. I have done everything on every character. Brother Vance has nothing for me. I can't get nothing for any prophecy weapons. Lastly, that specific quest was account bound. So, it isn't possible to run on multiple. chatters. If I recall correctly. But thanks for the input. I'll double check to make sure.
