Not sure what to call it, but my idea for an Exotic would be to combine The Last Word and The First Curse into one gun, and how they behave depends on if you're firing from the hip or ADS.
Essentially make it a Lightweight or Precision frame with extreme hip-fire accuracy and stability, but it then gets the damage and RoF of an Aggressive frame when ADS with a decent loss to stability, but a big boost to range.
And you could give it plenty of perks to synergize, like Quickdraw or Snapshot, Moving Target, Hip-fire Grip(and an extra hip-fire perk), etc.
Or you could literally just take all the perks from both guns and throw them into one. Though that would really only benefit the ADS version because it'd get a fully replenished mag with extra range and stability after a headshot kill.

It sounds brutal, but with the current meta of the game and the overall state of Hand Cannons getting outdamaged(or having almost equal damage) by long range weapons even within your "supposed" opitmal range, it's biggest strength would just be it's flexibility. It's like having 2 guns in 1, but they obviously have the downfall of sharing ammo. I think I forgot to mention it in my previous post, bit it'd only have 8 in the mag, staying true to what it's designed after. Maybe it'd be god-tier on PC, but it still probably wouldn't be meta until they actually buff Hand Cannon damage output. Its Catalyst could be something like one of the perks I mentioned in the initial post, having Quickdraw or Triple Tap. Or even a faster reload, as that'd help a lot when hipfiring duel after duel. But it'd have to be programmed to only change its firing behavior when [i]fully[/i] ADS, and same for hipfire. Last thing we need is another Last Word ADS glitch.
