Ever since that time I tried to load a Nova Bomb into my rifle (and of course died in the process), I have been studying the properties of non-elemental Light energy. That one Guardian causing the Traveler to wake helped, and I managed to secure a few small shards of it. They are such amazing things, both metallic and ceramic, seemingly weightless yet somehow indestructible (for something that nearly blew itself up, that is even more amazing!), and full of the strangest energy patterns.
