Sometimes my Ghost won't come up after completing Patrols.
A few times, after completing a patrol mission, I'll press the Ghost button to bring him out, and nothing happens. The Ghost won't appear, I can't open the area map or my roster, go to orbit, or spawn my sparrow. My character menu opens fine during this bug.
