Its not free. But IT IS only $20. The point is that some people's expectations about what that small amount of money entitles them to are really out-of-whack. Never mind the fact that game universe would become a chaotic jumble if they introduced a "new enemy' every time there was a release of new content. [i]Do you really think Humanity could survive being at war with SEVEN different races at the same time??[/i] Playing a game in a persistent world like this means that you need to be comfortable with doing things and interacting with things that are FAMILIAR. Otherwise the illusion that this is an actual WORLD we are playing in, falls apart. At the end of the day, some people just don't have the temperament for this....and that's fine. They are wired for a high need for novelty and get bored easily when that need is not met.... They have no more control over that than being born left-handed. But at some point people need to stop blaming Bungie for everything.
