A risk runner buff idea!
How about they change it so that rounds chain lighting passively without you being hit by arc and you just become more powerful when you are hit by arc.
Please upvote if you agree!

Automatically starts chaining arc, reloading and more damage when shouting at groups of enemies but can also be triggered when hit by arc energy.
