Hunters still have the most freedom of movement of any subclass...
Then try wearing the exotic boots St0mp-EE5 to give you even more insane movement. You can jump much higher than anyone else, higher than any Destiny 1 subclass too even with Bones of Eao. Seriously hunters are just fine.

They don't work with triple jump. Try setting high jump.
