I seem to have noticed less and less videos covering Destiny 2 in a positive way. I tried to look up the faction coin reward weapons and no videos or posts on websites for which is best or even rated. Maybe the good old Destiny days are gone. I do feel a bit sheepish, like when I got the Division expansion pass when I bought the sad game. The only thing I can think of is this is it might be a test. Soon all Destiny, COD and shooter type games will be meta cash cows for less than mediocre effort. When Deej gets put in the backseat by the Director because he lost his grip on Destiny Society. Many parts of D2 is recycled. The Hive Shreeker strike is the Hive Orge strike from D1 but even smaller. There are many recycles, the Taken in D2 is a recycled recycle of D1 content. If they are making an expansion before the release of a game, maybe it's just an unfinished game. It still has potential. I know bungie tries to draw a line and it will get better. They need to beta test more. They could just shrug their shoulders and walk away too.
