Theres a marker above Ikora but when I get to her she has nothing to tell me
This has been for a few weeks now. Theres a marker above Ikora indicating that I must talk to her but when i approach her theres nothing. When I go out the marker stays. I tried resetting the game and system but its still here.

Have you tried doing one of her meditations. I found it happened to me after I handed in some tokens to her too fast. My game hadn't registered that I'd given it to her. I waited for new tokens and gave those to her and it fixed it. Maybe thatll work for you too?

Same here, with addition that no new dawning quests appear after it started.
