Why is no one talking about this? If you don't redeem your weekly power engrams right away, you'll notice that their power level fluctuates, seemingly every 30 minutes. I had one go from 300 to 298 at the bottom of the hour, then back up to 299 at the top of the hour. I still haven't redeemed it because I'm waiting for it to go back to 300. Now it's back down to 298 last time I checked. I swear this game hates me.
