A constructive criticism letter type thing

Bungie, Deej, Cozmo, Luke Smith, or unfortunate intern tasked with wading through this toxic cesspool of a forum, Hi, longtime fan of your guys' games since Halo: CE. So here's the thing man, the vast majority of your fans had exceedingly high hopes for Destiny 2, and as I'm sure you're painfully aware, a lot of us feel let down by what we received. There seems to be a disconnect between the studio and the customer, and that makes the community feel unheard. A lot of us feel betrayed in that the majority was cast by the wayside to appease the minority, be it with streamers vs non-streamers, casuals vs. dedicated players, what have you. Now, there are quite a few things that need to be addressed in the game itself, but there are hundreds of posts in these forums describing those issues, but I want to ask for a different change to be made. I just want to know what's going on. We don't know if you're hearing what we're saying. You say that you're monitoring the forums, but when an actual reply to even a level-headed and well-written post outlining some issues that somebody wants looked at and provides suggestions is a rarity, how do we know? Now, I know you're a secretive company, but your fanbase is one that is thirsty for answers, just read through the lore forum. My proposal is this: how about once every week or two, accompanying TWAB perhaps, you put out a post on the forums outlining some specific improvements you're working on and potential fixes. Maybe if there's a common complaint, you could put up a poll (with links on FB and twitter) for us to vote on several solutions to a problem. I've got a lot of faith in this game. The foundations for a supreme game are there, but it needs some work. We just want to hear from you guys. Keep us in the loop. I think we deserve to know how our game is changing. We're a community that really wants to be involved in this game's evolution, help us help you.
