So, Bungie/Destiny Community, I have been a loyal customer and big fan for years, been through The whole Halo Series, ALL of Destiny 1, and here we are in Destiny 2 Crucible with some issues we cant ignore. First a TERRIBLE meta selection, not saying we need nerfs necessarily, we just need far more weapons that will compete with the minimal amount of good Crucible weapons, literally every death I sit through is by the EXACT same 5-6 weapons, honestly ready to give up on D2 over this, and I am THE BIGGEST FAN of this series. Second, the two playlist system HAS GOT TO GO, seeing this in a beta was great because players could experience all the game modes easily, but in the final build, this was a really poor decision to keep this system in place, as individual game mode playlists are far more appealing. Lastly I want to talk about Ranked Playlists for EVERY GAME MODE, I cant begin to tell you how infuriating it is to jump into a match just for fun and get destroyed by Tommy Tryhard and Company, I would love to see ranked play implemented across ALL game modes to help me become a better player, this way enemy players provide enough of a challenge to push me, and I can strive to be better, with the skill of others matching my own, instead of losing against nearly impossible odds almost every time. As far as PvE content in the game goes, it all feels pretty dang good, so solid job there, with one exception, we need more campaign difficulty, the reason Halo soared as a franchise is because it was memorably difficult, take The Library mission as a prime example, difficult but not impossible, and thats what made it memorable, dont be afraid to push your players a little, its the challenge that makes life and gaming worth it!
