I've never had good RNG — but this is ridiculous.

I can't think of a single game — IN MY LIFE — that I had good RNG. But Destiny 2 is absolutely ridiculous. I have never encountered such bad RNG in my life. I like the game and on the PS4 version, I somehow managed to get a full set of Swordflight Crucible gear before the PC release. But Lord Shax in the PC version is the stingiest NPC I've ever encountered. To add to the pain, Ikora seems to have adopted this mechanic — seriously, Frumious Strides three weeks in a row? And the chance to get a piece of armor from Ikora is on a weekly cooldown. This ranks up there with the shaders as an issue Bungie needs to fix — — like yesterday.

  • I'm also having terrible luck with RNG. My main is stuck at 304 for the rest of the week, while my other two that I don't play as are already 305. Did the raid on all 3 characters, saved up about 150 tokens. I went to spend them all on my Warlock trying to get the chest, because I really want it and it's the only raid item I DONT have! But nope, the game -blam!-ed me and now I have 3 raid pulse rifles, scout rifles, event more pants and gauntlets, more warlock bands, and another raid sword. *sigh*

  • I've dropped mechaneers tricksleeves 9/10 times (unsure which of the two) including twice in the same two hours. Nearest exotic drop behind that is three. Honestly, the rng in this game has to be weighted.
