My friend also got ColdHeart from an engram when he only got the base $60 game. I mean cool, good for you, but ain't that kinda unfair to people who paid extra for those "exclusive" preorder items? Even some of the people who DID preorder didn't receive those items

Well you dont have to pay extra to pre order the game unless you want like...a limited edition or something like that, coldheart and killtracker are just base pre order "exclusives". But yes, I agree its unfair that those who did pre order didn't get it. Although I remember when I pre ordered it on ps4 I was given a code to unlock the pre order exclusives so maybe people just didn't realize you had to use a code first. Who knows?
