Black Screen of Death
Almost every time I do a mission meditation with Ikora, complete the mission and try to load back into the tower, I get a black screen. Also seems much more likely to happen when I access character loadout while loading in.

Whenever this happens to me, i open my character inventory, and from that screen open the directory, then just fast travel. Sometimes it takes a couple tries, but it's still faster than traveling somewhere else or closing the app.
