I am getting properly excited for this game, but like a few others, the dialogue in this Vidoc seemed... way over the top. Did anyone else get the same feeling that is was like putting new words into the Lord of the Rings opening?

I am listening. There are many possibilities behind this, the three that I see are my theory, possibly it's not the Master Chief that they are talking about being "Hyper-Lethal", or perhaps it is and everyone is clueless.

Has anyone ever considered the fact that the books might not be canon (as Bungie has never made it clear that the books are in fact canon) and that Noble 6 may be the MC? If so, Hasley would be talking with Cortana and the choice that they are discussing would be the choice of Cortana to go with John. Noble 6's background is very vague, bordering on sketch, it's possible that what people knew of John's past was hidden in his alias as Noble 6, as well as the fact that Noble 6 was in fact John-117. i see what you mean,but if you watch it agin she talk about noble 6, they called him hieper active or what ever you call it, so but they said that there was one other spartan with the same stats as nolbal 6, i think she was talking about master chife,so i think she was talking to cortana and that they were going to chose one of the nobels but then they desided to chouse someone elas (hint mabey the spartin with the same stats) [Edited on 08.17.2010 11:06 PM PDT]

Am I the only one thinking that Master Chief will not only appear in reach but will join noble squad as [b] NOBLE SEVEN [/B], to me it would mke a lot of sence and bungie has it in for its s7vens.

Can spartans be upgraded (Ex. Halo 1 armor to Halo 2 armor) but effecting genes instead of armor???

actually this is noble team. a collection of spartan III's and one spartan II. The threes are from gamma group i think. except noble six who was on the pegasi mission in the beta gruop. and master chief was on reach but he was on the pillar of autumn
