The project leads may feel that way but I don't think the actual developers share that sentiment at all. I think they've felt it during the creation of both Destiny games but have just accepted that the company has sold out by now. I would imagine that a lot of them are scouting for new jobs - so that they get to be passionate about what they're doing again.
