Self repairing mod (Glitched?)
Has anyone gotten the self repairing mod (boots) from the gunsmith lately? I have been trying for a week or two now. I haven't gotten a rare or legendary version of this mod. I was wondering if it may be glitched by any chance, or if I am just unlucky. If it isn't possible for him to give out the mod at all, I'd be surprised. I've seen just about every other mod come from him.
