Okay have you played the game and looked at what these modifications actually do?
Because Boba Fett is totally ptw because his rocket barrage upgrad maxed out is, just wait for this super op number, 6. You get to fire an additional two rockets...
Just play the damn game and do some better research

Well boba seems to fire 3 regularly then goes to 6 or 7 at 2 of 4 can't imagine the 4th but heroes I can see the OP upgrades but troopers they don't have game changing buffs really at all other than equipment. It's not p2w
