Faction Armor Should Reskin Rare Armor, Not Other Legendary Armor
Otherwise, legendary armor sets become redundant and don't add visual variety. For example, why would I want the FWC armor if I already have the Exodus Down armor?
Instead, just find some rare armor sets that look good and use those as the basis for faction armor.
As a lord of fashion, this is very important to me.
