I've noticed that whenever my character is moving either forward or backward, they'll suddenly stop for about half a second and then start moving again. This only seems to happen whenever I'm moving either forwards or backwards. Strafing and sprinting appear to be unaffected by this. Sometimes it starts happening after I've been moving for a few seconds, but there have also been instances where it happens as soon as I start trying to move. I've encountered this issue in PvP, PvE, as well as the tower.
