Anger.

So, I use this companion app quite a lot so I thought I'd post it here. All my life, I've had anger issues, I just wanted to share what it's like. My anger doesn't slowly build up and then suddenly release, it just sort of happens, out of nowhere. Days can go on normally, nothing bad really happening, but the second something irritating happens, things go bad, and I mean VERY bad. When I was younger, I'd hit other people when the anger was burning bright. however, now I resort to hitting objects and even myself. Things don't stop when I calm down either, I may no longer be angry but I get hit by this sudden emotional pain. It's like I get really sad for being angry. It's ruined quite a lot of things for me, friendships, partners, even my self esteem. I can't really find distractions which calm me, even playing video games cause me to become violent, as sad as that sounds. If anybody has ANY tips on how to handle this or even on how to just deal with it, I'd appreciate it. I get that most people won't care, I just felt like venting my personal experience, how it feels to be trapped by an emotion.
