Missing exotic

After getting the vigilance wing, the game crashed and the new exotic disappeared. Have video of receiving exotic gun on Xbox One. Don't know what to do.

I've been wanting this gun from the start. After getting it from Devrim Kay for turning in tokens I was excited. I went to try out the exotic gun but connection was lost for me again. I do not know what to do... help
