Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid team requirements

What will your raid requirements be in Destiny 2? Here's my list, if you don't meet the requirements you get the boot. 1. Must have D1 vetrancy emblems. 2. Must be 16yr old or older. 3. Must not sound like a fork and knife scraping against a plate. 4. Must not lie. If you die take your blame. Don't blame others for your faults or to cover your tracks. It helps avoid inner team conflict. I'll respect you more if you admit to your mistakes, no guarantee dying at the same place to a war beast 30 times and saying it's your fault will keep you in my team. 5. COMMUNICATION. I cannot insist enough, call out what you do as long as it's important and necessary for progress. 6. Do your part, don't suck. I'm not in the mood for carrying people who suck but claim to be pro. 7. Must have a good loadout, if you have a Dubious Volley you have a better chance of staying on my team. 8. Must call it Dubious Volley, not whatever a Wardcliff Coil is. 9. Beat the story, simple enough, right? 10. Must be recommended Power/Light level for the activity or as close as we can possibly get. Early on your stats matter that much more. 11. Need a team capable of operating while down 1 member. Without self res and higher probability of dying while low level I need to see a group of 5 (all around including myself) able to accomplish a task that reccomends 6. 12.Be able to follow instructions. Straight forward and simple. 13. Have fun and don't be afraid to make a hole here and there. First raids are bound to be slow, hard, dark and messy. Bring some humor to lighten the group. 14. Lastly I need treasure hunters. As nice as it is going for worlds first, loot is the most important reason for doing a raid. I need a team to be able to clear out every square inch of the Leviathan.
I do pretty much have a raid team, but I do expect these requirements to be met pretty much. Weve beat the 390 Crota Challenge by downing Crota with only shoulder charge before, took 13 hours. We've encountered plenty of people who have lied about raiding and their abilities. I've encountered some really stupid people who can't follow simple instructions. I've wasted hours and hours because people want to get something done they never took the time to learn so they choose to hopefully get carried. That's the background Im coming from. No mean to offend people, but some here will understand.
• For your long boring post I raise you a spoiler. Ghaul is killed at the end of the campaign. You didn't think he was gonna back down or run off with his tail tucked between his legs, did you? Nope. In the wake of his defeat, it sounds like we'll either retake the original Tower or build a new one, though that's largely conjecture. The really big shocker is with regards to the Traveller. At the end of the game, it wakes up, and a new Golden Age begins. As far as endings go, I think this is right up there with "Master Chief, you mind telling me what you're doing on that ship?" "Sir, finishing this fight" in terms of cliffhanger-ness.

    • I bet you didnt let people raid with you in year 1 if they didnt have ghorn. I agree with most of your list. But the veteran emblem and a specific exotic (that we dont even know if its quest based or not) yea, your a real piece of work dude

        •
1. Must have D1 vetrancy emblems. All of them.
That seems a little overkill to me, sorry. Couldn't recruit any PC players with that lol. But no, I'd never say "HEY IF YOU DIDN'T PLAY D1 THEN NOT WASTING MY TIME ON YOU DIRTBAG!"

Boring bait. If it's too long to read you should go back to the drawing board. 3/10 for effort.

This was important to you, this is what you needed to do today? Post a list of requirements no one will remember or care about? Put it in the recruitment forum when it matters and have a great raid, buddy.

                • You sir...... know what you want from your raid team! - I can stand behind about 75% of your requirements but some.. ehhhhhhh.. Some I would let slide... the Dubious Coil may not even be obtainable right outa the gate ( like the sleeper was... had to complete a quest over time ) and the veteran emblem .. could be some new guys out there that really excel at the game. But the communication, humor, exploration, owning up, etc - all that id agree on
